SpankBank hosts photo posts supplied by its members and contributors. Contributors submit their own work or material they are authorized to share. SpankBank does not commission or conduct photo shoots for these posts. Automated image processing, account services, and content moderation support the hosting service.
Uploader responsibilities
You must be at least 18. Every person depicted must have been at least 18 when the material was created and must have consented to its creation and publication here. You must hold the necessary copyright and publication permissions. Do not upload stolen material, nonconsensual intimate images, sexual deepfakes of real people without consent, exploitation, or sexual content involving anyone under 18. A checkbox is an attestation, not independent identity verification.

Federal law distinguishes production of covered depictions from certain hosting, storage, and formatting activities. The applicable duties depend on the actual activities and material, not this site's label. Contributors who are producers of covered depictions must satisfy their applicable record-keeping and disclosure duties. SpankBank does not claim that all uploads have verified performer records or that this policy establishes a blanket exemption.
Report material or request removal
No account is needed to request removal of intimate content shared without consent or report a safety concern. Include the exact photo or page URLs so we can locate the material. For infringement claims, use the copyright notice form. Reporting and removal procedures apply to user-supplied posts.
